"Glad the checkout didn’t waste my time"
Checkout was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. I always worry about losing time to glitches or having to redo my order, but everything went through smoothly with no issues.

"Left Me Feeling a Bit Uncertain"
I remember feeling a little anxious while waiting for replies, especially when I just wanted a clearer update on what was going on. They did get back to me eventually, and it wasn’t a bad experience, but some of the answers felt basic. It kind of stuck with me because I kept wishing the communication felt more reassuring. Overall, it was okay, not terrible, just average.

"Not terrible, but kind of frustrating"
Not gonna lie, ordering from randmcnally.com was just okay, but definitely not the smoothest experience. The site felt a bit clunky, and it took me longer than it should have to find the info I needed. The shipping updates weren’t very clear either, which got annoying. The product itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the whole process felt like more of a hassle than it needed to be. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless I really had no other option.

"GPS stopped working after about a month"
I’ve had this for around a month and the GPS has already started freezing up, usually right when I need directions the most. Frustrating when you’re trying to get somewhere and it just stops responding.
"Support Was Super Quick"
I reached out for help and was impressed by how fast support got back to me. Super easy and helpful experience overall...

"Traffic info is decent, but I double-check it"
I’ve been using Rand McNally mostly to look over routes and traffic before longer drives. For the most part, it does the job, and the map is easy to read without much fuss.
The traffic updates can be a little hit or miss though. A friend recommended I try it for road trips, and I do like it overall, but sometimes it shows a slowdown that’s already cleared or doesn’t catch construction until I’m almost there.
It’s not bad, and I still use it, but I wouldn’t rely on it as my only source. I usually check another app too before heading out, just so I’m not surprised on the road.

"Pretty easy to use"
The site was simple enough to figure out. I just clicked around a bit, found what I was looking for quick, and didn’t have to deal with any annoying hassle

"I’m giving it 2 stars because the..."
I’m giving it 2 stars because the order did eventually show up, but the tracking was almost useless. It barely updated, and for days I had no clue where my package was or if it was even moving. I’m tired of having to keep checking and wondering what’s going on with every delivery lately. Just annoying more than anything.

"Surprisingly Still Holding Up"
I’ve had my Rand McNally device for a little over a year now, i’m kind of surprised it’s still going strong. It’s been knocked around in the truck, dropped a handful of times, and generally not treated all that gently. The screen and case have held up better than I figured they would. I don’t want to oversell it, but so far, I’m happy with it.

"Pretty easy to read, right?"
I checked out randmcnally.com on my laptop, the pages were easy to read. The text size felt just right to me, and I barely had to zoom in at all, which is always a plus, isn’t it? The layout was clear enough to follow without much effort. Overall, it felt like a nice, simple browsing experience.

"I’ve been frustrated with this..."
I’ve been frustrated with this device. It freezes way too often, and the battery drains faster than I expected. On top of that, I keep having to go through verification over and over, which gets really annoying when I’m just trying to use it normally.

"Setup was more annoying than I thought"
I got a Rand McNally device thinking the setup is gonna be quick and simple, but it end up taking way longer than I expected. The website wasn’t super clear, and I had to try the update a few times before it finally goes through.
After it was working, the device itself was fine, but getting to that point was kind of a hassle. It’s not the worst thing ever, but if you’re like me and don’t really wanna mess around with tech stuff, it was definitely annoying.

"Works when it wants to"
I’ve been using Rand McNally mostly for driving routes, and the GPS is okay when it feels like working right. Most of the time it gets me where I need to go, but every now and then it’ll show me slightly off the road or tell me to take some weird turn that makes no sense.
It’s not the worst, but it’s definitely one of those “works when it wants” kind of things. For basic trips it usually does the job, but I still catch myself double-checking with my phone just to be safe. I’d say 3 stars is about fair

"The software update did finally go through..."
The software update did finally go through, but it took a couple of tries and the instructions weren’t super clear. I also got transferred around when I contacted support, which was annoying because I had to keep explaining the same issue. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the whole setup process could definitely be smoother.

"Shipping ended up being quicker than I thought it would be"
I ordered something from randmcnally.com and, to be honest, I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly the shipping part went. I got the tracking email soon after placing the order, which was nice because I always like knowing where my package is and when it might show up. The delivery actually arrived a couple of days earlier than I had expected, so that was a nice little surprise. The packaging was totally fine too, nothing damaged or tossed around from what I could tell. Overall, I really don’t have any complaints about the delivery at all. It was fast, simple, and pretty much exactly what you hope for when ordering online...
"I’ve been using randmcnally.com, and the..."
I’ve been using randmcnally.com, and the subscription itself has been mostly fine. I expected the account tools to be a little more straightforward, though. It took me longer than I thought it would to find where to update things or cancel if I needed to.
Support did get back to me, so I can’t really complain too much, but the response wasn’t exactly quick. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I expected. Middle-of-the-road for me.

"Showed up right when they said it would"
My order arrived right on time and everything went smoothly. Maybe I just got lucky with the delivery timing, but I had no issues at all.
"Reliable truck routes so far"
I’ve been using it for a while now, and the truck routes have been accurate. It’s done a good job keeping me off restricted roads most days, which gives me a lot more confidence when I’m driving.

"I got this map update thinking it would..."
I got this map update thinking it would fix some of the old roads and missing exits and all that, but a lot of it still feels outdated. A few newer streets around me still don’t show up, and it sent me on some weird route a couple times. The download part was fine and everything, but for the price, it just didn’t really feel worth it to me

"Routing takes way too much checking"
I really wanted to like randmcnally.com since I’ve used their maps before and figured the routing would be solid, but it’s been more of a hassle than I expected.
It keeps choosing odd side roads or sending me the long way around when there’s a obvious main route. A couple of times it tried to take me through places that just weren’t good for my truck, so I had to pull out my phone and double-check everything, which kind of defeats the purpose.
The site itself loads fine and the layout isn’t bad, but using it for navigation feels like too much extra work. I don’t want to babysit every route, so until the planning gets better, I can’t really trust it
